This is our entry level group. This level is for swimmers with no competive experience. Two 45 minute practices are offered per week.  White  group swimmers do not attend Invitational swim meets, but may attend dual or in house meets. We will play games and make sure each child gets their share of "Great Job" compliments from the coach. The athlete needs to be able to swim 25 yards free style; comfortable in deep water; push off the wall on the front and back; and float and kick on back.
